Press Release Body = Cotswold Conference Centre is further enhancing its food
offering by introducing locally sourced produce onto its menu. Already famed for
serving restaurant quality food to delegates at the training centre, they are
improving upon this experience by engaging with Wilson Vale Catering Management to
support local producers and ensure honesty and flavour in their food.

Providing an environment, which is conducive to good thinking, is behind the
Cotswold Conference Centre's ethos. Food is a very important part of the customer
experience. In addition, the fabulous natural daylight, which the centre is bathed
in, state-of-the-art facilities, welcoming community feel and well-appointed
bedrooms all come together to create a fantastic atmosphere for learning.

The award-winning team at Cotswold Conference Centre strives to proactively support
local people and the surrounding environment. "We are very pleased to announce that
the first new supplier working with Wilson Vale to supply us with our daily bread
will be Bidford Bakery based in Bidford on Avon. I am sure there will be many more
local partnerships to come", comments Richard Howdle.

About Cotswold Conference Centre

Cotswold Conference Centre (CCC) was launched in January 2001. The facilities have
developed over the past 30 years from humble beginnings as the residential training
school for Group 4 Total Security. The centre now boasts 56 well-appointed en-suite
rooms from four charming locations on site, which are set amongst 300 breathtaking
acres of Cotswold Scenery with stunning views across the Vale of Evesham. The
conference centre is the perfect learning environment with a village feel and offers
meeting rooms with natural daylight, equipment and support from a small, friendly
team.

range of global clients. They sponsor the national Teaching Awards and the PR Week
Communicator of the Year Award. The company was formed in 1996 and was based at the
Centre for Broadcast Skills Training at Wood Norton.

CCC has been recognized as an Investor in People and the team at CCC were recently
inspected and accredited with Hospitality Assured Meetings (HA/M). In September
2004, CCC was delighted to have been awarded a Gold Award at The Heart of England
Excellence in Tourism Awards ceremony in the Business Tourism category. This
recognition took CCC forward to the 2005 national awards hosted by VisitBritain and,
again, they won the Gold Award.
